🔸How to do it🔸
Add oil to the pot, add ginger, white radish and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add black beans and stir-fry evenly, then add fungus and stir-fry evenly. Pour the fried ginger, dried chilies, white radish, black beans and fungus into the pot, then add 1/4 black vinegar and water and simmer for 15 minutes. Add Hericium erinaceus, salt and coconut sugar, stir well and bring to a boil over high heat. After boiling, add the eggs, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. When almost done, add the last 3/4 of the vinegar and sesame oil.
